Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in an ideal location very close to Icart Point, perfect for coastal walks and exploring. The rooms are comfortable but could use some updates, especially with the small bath towels. The friendly service staff catered well to my needs, although there were some appearances that didn't meet expectations. The dining experience was not the best, with expensive drinks and some quality issues. Overall, a mixed experience that leans towards the positives of location and service.
The hotel has good facilities but the rooms are very small and in need of updating. The bath towels provided were also very small. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi in the room despite my frequent attempts to connect. The service, although friendly and helpful, had issues with undercooked bacon, cold sausage, and a whole boiled tomato due to the usual chef being off that night. The location was quiet and close to a stunning viewpoint, with beautiful views across the bays, making it ideal for a peaceful stay. However, the dining experience was poor, with expensive drinks and defensive staff when we shared our feedback. Overall, the hotel offers a nice setting but has areas that need improvement.
The hotel offers stunning views across the bays and a peaceful environment, but the dining experience could be better with slightly limited options. The rooms come with a balcony and fridge but lack proper maintenance, and the pillows and bed are uncomfortable. The staff is pleasant and helpful, making the stay enjoyable.
